In connection with the awarded tender, 1 type 60 FR automatic combined laser cutter was purchased and put into operation. This equipment is a computer controlled machine. With this technology, it is possible to cut out the outlines of a box with an accuracy of a tenth of a millimeter in a plywood base, in which we can insert cutting knives and creasing lines. This made it possible for us to introduce a new product to the market and to manufacture the cutting tools previously ordered from abroad at our site.
We make the cutting tools required for the production in our own workshop. We implemented the development of this workshop in this project. In our workshop, we make tools for both flatbed and rotary cutting machines. A high-quality cutting tool is indispensable for the accurate production of high-quality paper packaging. This is ensured by the commissioning of the state-of-the-art laser cutting machine outlined in this project. With the implementation of this device the most modern packaging methods became possible, so it is closely related to the production of modern packaging devices.
The purchased equipment is currently the most modern machine in this category. In the National S3 database Heves County belongs to the Low Knowledge and Technology Intensity Regions. Through our modern packaging technical development, we contribute to the development of the county's paper industry.
